Minth's Board of Directors holds the highest supervisory authority over sustainability and climate-related issues within the group. They oversee the work of the Sustainability Committee, which reports to them. The Board reviews internal policies related to ESG, assesses the risk management of these actions, and monitors the development and progress of the Group's sustainability goals. The Sustainability Committee provides strategic advice regarding the Group's ESG actions. Additionally, the committee ensures the establishment of a ESG-oriented risk management system, and reviews ESG performance and corresponding response measures.
The Group ESG Working Council at Minth Group consists of key members of the management team. Its main purpose is to effectively coordinate and manage ESG actions within the organization and provide regular updates to the Sustainability Committee. The Group ESG Working Council plays a crucial role in integrating ESG strategy into Minth Group's overall business strategy. They are responsible for developing and continually revising the ESG strategy of the company in a timely manner. This includes planning and implementing measures to promote sustainability across all aspects of the business. Another important responsibility of the Group ESG Working Council is the establishment of an ESG-related risk management system. They identify and assess major ESG-related risks that the company may face and develop appropriate response strategies to mitigate these risks.
The ESG Working Group at Minth Group consists of key members of the organization's core business teams. It operates under the leadership of the Group ESG Working Council and plays a critical role in implementing the company's ESG goals. They will develop and implement strategies to track progress across various departments, including Group EHS, Human Resources, Administrative Sharing Centre, Procurement Centre, R&D Centre, Global Logistics Centre, and Business Units. Moreover, the ESG Working Group provides valuable suggestions and assistance to these departments in their efforts to promote ESG practices.

- In order to achieve our value chain emission reduction goals, Minth Group has implemented a comprehensive set of measures centered around the use of green materials, sustainable logistics practices, and effective carbon management throughout our supply chain. We actively develop a circular economy and target to use 88% recycled aluminum in 2050.

- Minth Group has integrated energy and carbon emission management into our group-level development strategy, recognizing the importance of mitigating climate-related risks. In 2023, we have finished Minth Group Carbon Neutrality Whitepaper.? Focusing on the carbon strategy of “carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050”, we set a target of a 5% year-on-year reduction of energy consumption intensity and carbon emission intensity respectively, and we track the performance of global plants in a regular basis.
