On April 28, Minth Group Limited (0425.HK, hereinafter referred to as “Minth Group” or “Minth”) released its 2024 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report. The report is prepared in compliance with the ESG Reporting Guide set out in Appendix C2 of the Main Board Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”). It also references the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB) GRI Standards, the relevant requirements of Morgan Stanley Capital International’s ESG rating (MSCI ESG Rating), the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards – Auto Parts.

In 2024, Minth Group made significant progress in its ESG efforts, with several key highlights. In terms of ESG management, Minth received a BBB rating from MSCI ESG, a B rating from CDP Climate Change, and maintained a B rating in CDP Water Security. On the environmental front, Minth maintained 100% coverage of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System across its factories, and 38 factories were certified under the ISO 50001 Energy Management System. Minth achieved a 7.15% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions intensity compared to 2023. In the social dimension, Minth’s R&D expenditure reached approximately RMB 1.449 billion, with 44% invested in clean technologies. Minth maintained 100% coverage of the IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System. Minth increased its public welfare spending by 53% compared to the previous year. In terms of governance, Minth Group is committed to promoting board diversity, with women accounting for 50% of its board members. Lastly, all employees, including board directors, participated in business ethics training, achieving a 100% coverage rate.
