I joined MINTH in 2007, and now I am current Senior Manager in European & American Project Management Department of PDC in PBU. “Gratitude” is the most important word I have learned during my 16 years at MINTH. My wife and I participated in Couple Camp organized by the group twice. The study from the camp made me able to stand in each other’s position and understand each other more, and also more motivated to transform myself, so that the relationship with family becomes more harmonious and beautiful. “Gratitude” makes my life better, meanwhile I constantly encourage my colleagues to be thankful. One year, my team and I prepared little gifts for many colleagues from other departments, plants. We handwrote notes of gratitude and presented them to each person we wanted to express gratitude to, thanking them for help.
